Okay-I am soooo HORRIBLE at keeping in touch with people even though in most instances they live only a short drive away! Here is our way of keeping you up to date with our family. You know-just the everyday stuff....
SAY WHAT?
The world according to "HANK"-as a 3 yr old...our GOOF........BALL
Bronson commented on how big Billy’s breakfast was. Saying he doesn’t need to eat that much. I explained he had a much bigger tummy. He has to eat more to fill it up. Bronson replies.... “And it is also VERY hairy!”
I hurry Bronson to get in his car seat because of a creepy looking man staring at me in the parking lot. When I give the reason why I want him to hurry he says, “Mama, he is staring at you because you are so pretty.” Awwwww!
“Have you ever been to Sleep America? I haven’t been there yet but I would like to go because they have hundreds of mattresses to choose from.”
“We don't say that word. It’s an ugly, yucky word” I said to Bronson after hearing him mutter ‘D*mn it’.
Bronson-"I need to say a prayer and tell Heavenly Father I’m
sorry."
Me-"That’s called repenting."
Bronson-"Daddy needs to do a lot of repenting cuz he always
says naughty words."
“I’m glad we don’t have tarantulas in our house cuz they would crawl up me and bite my tiny little eyebrows off!”
B- “You are pretty Mama. Except for those things all over
your face...moles, freckles? What are those things called?”
Me- “Zits?”
B- “Oh yeah. When you have zits all over your face it looks
pretty ugly.”
Bronson hears a girl say “Free Money”. He exclaims “Free money?! Doesn’t she know money is not free?” Why? I say. “Because free is not a number!”
“I wuv you more than a donut’s teeth”

Next Stop...PARADISE!
For Christmas in 2005, my parents gave us all a trip to Hawaii, but because of Billy being in the fire academy during the summer of 2006, it was postponed until this July. It was SO FANTASTIC! I will remember forever how much fun it was to be with everyone in Paradise! Papa rented a big house where we all stayed together- each having our own "apartment" inside complete with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, family room, & deck. The main floor was bigger were we all hung out together- AWSOME! The best investment I could have made was a waterproof housing for my camera! TOTALLY worth it!! We snorkled, awsome scuba diving, deep sea fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, cliff jumping, etc. Oh yeah, we also went to Japan...hee hee :) The scenery was gorgeous! Saw some really cool wild life-up close to huge sea turtles! The kids practically cried when it was time to leave. The only rotten thing was ...you guessed it...sunburn. We were fine until about 3 days before we were to come home. At the beach all day, the sun out in full force (we did reapply!!) When we left the beach Billy was a a bit pink, but the rest of us not at all. About 3 hrs later we were FRIED to a CRISP. I mean 2nd degree burns-BLISTERED! None of us could move, sleep, wear clothing...you could have swarn we just painted our bodies red....BAD. Also horrible...my poor mom fell down the slippery oustide stairs and BROKE HER FOOT!!! We all felt sooo bad!! She was in a lot of pain, but hung in there and did as much as she could for the rest of the trip. Now she is in a "boot" for at least 8 weeks? :(
